One of the most popular and beneficial spices is ginger, which has several health advantages including easing digestion, boosting the immune system, and preparing the body to battle bacterial and seasonal illnesses. Ginger is also helpful for reducing throat itching brought on by a sore throat.
When I was a child, my mother used to give me this spice, and I can still remember how much I disliked the taste of it. I sometimes question why I have to eat it every day, and occasionally, my mother would use it to make a drink, which I swore I detested even more. But when I got older, I learned about its advantages, and now I love ginger and the cocktails that are created with it.
Because the ingredients in this drink are so incredibly healthy and packed with nutrients, I'm writing down the recipe that I've tried several times and regularly drink in the morning to lose weight and keep my current weight.
You can alter the recipe to your liking by reducing or increasing the ingredients, but if you follow it exactly, you will undoubtedly enjoy the results and your body will astound you with its extraordinary performance after a few days. Check out the recipe:
Ingredients:
- Pineapple: 8-10 cubes
- Ginger stick: 3 inches long
- Chia seeds: 1 tbsp. soaked in water
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp.
- Brown sugar or honey: 1 tbsp. (optional for taste)
Instructions:
Blend the honey/brown sugar, lemon juice, soaked chia seeds, ginger, and pineapple chunks to create a creamy purée. If the puree is not sufficiently smooth, blend it once more until it resembles a smooth puree. Add 1 cup of cooled water now, and blend until the mixture is smooth. See spectacular effects by relaxing for an hour and drinking it every morning with breakfast.
You can sprinkle little of cinnamon in it for even more best results and yummy taste.
